If you’ve ever tired of working in a badly lit engine bay, the iSpector under-bonnet cordless rechargeable light is a useful and cost effective aid. It outputs 1200 lumens of white light with a 5000K colour temperature, and it’s equipped with dual hanging hooks and strong magnetic bases to attach to the underside of your hood – particularly useful on steel bonnets, but less so on aluminium. It also has a 360° twist feature so you can direct light where it’s needed.
It’s cordless and rechargeable, offering around 2 hours light per charge and using a USB C charging cable for recharging.
